VolunSailing is a program carried out by the Polish Yachting Association, the Hungarian Sailing Federation and the Romanian sailing club “Wind Hunters” as a part of the Erasmus+ Sport program. It addresses the “supporting the mobility of volunteers, coaches, managers and staff of non-profit sport organisations” topic proposed by the European Commission
 
The project’s main aim is the creation of a universal, international manual for sailing organizations that want to implement volunteering in a systemic way in their structures, including a set of ready-to-use tools and documents (based on the PYA’s volunteering system).
